Travelers can choose from the recommended flights by the travel agency and purchase tickets to Lhasa on their own. Upon your arrival, your guide is waiting for you in the arrival hall and ready to take you to the hotel we arranged for you before. It is advisable to avoid going out immediately and instead rest well to acclimatize to the high-altitude environment.

Potala Palace—Jokhang Temple—Bharkor Street
In the morning, visit the Potala Palace, the highest ancient palace-style complex in the world, which served as the residence of Dalai Lamas and the center of political and religious power in Tibet. It houses golden stupas containing the remains of past Dalai Lamas, along with a large collection of precious murals, thangkas, and Buddha statues, serving as a concentrated embodiment of Tibetan culture.
After lunch, visit the Jokhang Temple, the earliest Buddhist temple built during the Tubo Dynasty. Inside, there is a twelve-year-old statue of Shakyamuni Buddha brought by Princess Wencheng when she entered Tibet, which is considered the most sacred and miraculous statue by the Tibetan people. Here, visitors can witness the devout prayers of the local people and join them in circumambulating Barkhor Street to pray for all beings.

Lhasa-Yamdrok Lake-Karola Glacier-Shigatse
Passing by the green farmland of Nyangchu Valley, Yamdrok lake, karola glacier roadside at
4 9 6 0 m , We move westwards to the second biggest city Shigatse, the Area spiritually
hosted by Pamchan Lama. The most important attraction for today is Yamdrok Lake and
Kubum monastery in Gyantse. Yamdrok Lake is shaped like coiling scorpion with deep blue
in colour and Kubum monastery has a 35m- high chorten (stupa) with its white layers
trimmed with decorative stripes and its crown-like golden dome.

Shigatse—Tingri—EBC
Drive westwards the Friendship way to Tingri. There is about 90km bumpy road from Tingri to
Rongpuk, road is under construction. From Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild
grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. If it is in clear whether, you can have a
glimpse of 4 mountains which is 8000m high or more, such as: Mt. Lhotse(8516m), Mt.
Everes(8848m), Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m), Mt Mayalu(8463m)

EBC—Tingri—Shigatse
Early in the moring to see the sunrise from Rongphu then to view Mt. Everest. It is fabulous and
splendid.After walking arrive the place get on the local bus then use half of an hour arrive at Everest
Base camp (Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1 . 5 - 2 hours one way. It' s interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point to take pictures of the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then late in the afternoon around 13:00 go down from E.B .C back to
Tingri by friend-ship highway back to Shigaste.

Shigatse-Tashilunpo Monastery-Tibetan Family Visit-Lhasa
Before spending about 4 hours to drive back to Lhasa from Shigatse, we will visit the largest
Monastery in west Tibet, the Tashilunpo monastery, as the last but famous historic sites for your
Tibet tour. Tashilunpo monastery is one of the the six great Gelukpa institutions and was founded in
14 4 7 by a disciple of Tsongkapa, containing the world' s largest gilded copper image(2 6 m high) of
future god Jampa. Drive along the Friend-ship Highway back to Lhasa.

Lhasa—Namtso—Northern Tibet Grassland—Lhasa
In the early morning, drive through the vast grasslands of northern Tibet, where you can
witness colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind and gallop along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway.
Cross the 5190-meter high Nagela Mountain Pass and arrive at the first of Tibet's three sacred
lakes, the "Heavenly Lake" Namtso, at an altitude of 47 18 meters. Namtso Lake is the highest
saltwater lake in the world and the second largest in China. In the evening, return to Lhasa
accompanied by the glow of the setting sun.

Lhasa airport dropping off
After breakfast, check out of the hotel. The driver will pick up guests from the hotel and transfer them to Lhasa Airport or the train station, concluding a delightful and mysterious journey! Welcome back to the beautiful Tibet in the future. Tashi Delek!
